Client: The individual or entity engaging the services of Tails & More.

Behaviorist: Authorized personnel representing Tails & More who provide pet behavior and training services.

Services: Encompasses all offerings by Tails & More, including consultations, training sessions, workshops, and related activities.

Tails & More offers professional canine, feline and other pet's behavior consultations and training sessions aimed at improving behavior and enhancing the pet-owner relationship. While we utilize proven methods, outcomes may vary based on individual pet temperaments and owner commitment. All services are provided in English or French.

Appointment scheduling: Clients can schedule sessions through our website or by email.

Payment terms: Full payment is required after completion of the requested service, or after the initial appointment in the case of a bundle offer (e.g., 5-session puppy training). Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and cash.

Package validity: Training packages must be utilized within 12 months from the date of purchase.

Client cancellations: A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee.

Behaviorist cancellations: In the event of the behaviorist canceling a session, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Refunds: All purchases are non-refundable. This includes unused sessions or packages, which will not be eligible for refunds.

Accurate information: Clients must provide truthful and comprehensive information regarding their animal's behavior, medical history, and prior training.

Compliance: Adherence to guidelines and completion of assigned tasks between sessions is essential for optimal results.

Health requirements: All pets should be up-to-date on vaccinations and free from contagious conditions during sessions. Any concerns should be raised prior to the start of the session.

Assumption of risk: Clients acknowledge that activities associated with animals involve inherent risks. Tails & More is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from a pet's behavior during or after training.

Indemnity: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tails & More and its representatives from any claims arising from their pet's actions.

Aggressive behavior: The behaviorist reserves the right to terminate or refuse services if a pet exhibits behavior deemed dangerous to individuals or other animals. Such determinations are at the behaviorist's sole discretion.

Leash and muzzle compliance: Clients must adhere to local regulations regarding leash and muzzle use in public areas. For instance, in Upper Austria, dogs are required to be leashed or muzzled in public places within local areas. [Reference: Upper Austrian Dog Ownership Act]

All materials provided by Tails & More, including training materials, content, and branding, are protected by intellectual property laws. Clients are prohibited from reproducing or distributing these materials without prior written consent.

Tails & More reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.​

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Austria.
